The world of wine has always been a source of inspiration for me; it allows me to discover people, history, geography, cultures and traditions, local cuisines, as well as the arts and philosophy.

Therefore, I decided to turn it into a career, and today I host and organise events and tastings, teach and offer advice, doing my utmost to pass on the fruits of a long journey of learning and a deep–seated interest. I explain complex concepts in simple terms, encouraging tasters to always trust their own perceptions and to explore them further.
